Years back, when I was in my Physics classroom doing an integration problem, I remember feeling the integral symbol’s indescribable but in-depth beauty almost spontaneously. I don’t know where it came from; it just came suddenly. It was the first time I felt the beauty of a non-living thing. I suddenly stopped writing in my notebook and started gazing at it, just to admire the majesty and power of a small S-shaped sign that can virtually solve any complex problem in this universe. I remember telling my strange feeling to my friend who was sitting next to me. He wondered, “Are you out of your mind?”. I whispered, “Yes, but it’s only getting started!”
